  2. V S The Russian did hack into some ballot systems in 2016. The evidence does not support any vote changes but the threat is there. As Americans we need to take all precautions. Thus the paper ballot issue. You are right that the current threat is Russian Propaganda being fed into our system and being consumed by Faux news and Treasonous Trump supporters. Putin may be TTs friend but is an enemy of America.

However, if you would like government sources you can read the Mueller Report Vol I. If you have a short attention span and can’t/won’t read all 198 pages then read pages 33 and 34.
