Comments by "Voix de la raison" (@voixdelaraison593) on "Police move in to disperse trucker protests on US-Canada border" video.
These truckers need to be adults and take responsibility for their social responsibilities. Freedom isn’t free and society doesn’t work without everyone doing their part.

@Мишель Поппинс ☂️ It’s also hard to be taken seriously when you wear a tin foil hat and speak nonsense.

@boejiven7486 Do you stop for stop signs? How about 20 mph in school zones? Do you drive drunk? If not why? Everyday being a part of society requires us to be responsible. When I was a young lad we all took our small pox and polio vaccines because it was the right thing to do.

@boejiven7486 When I first joined the Army I was not asked if I wanted any vaccines they were just given to me. Why because it was understood that for me to be combat effective I needed to not get sick or pass that sickness on to others. The only reason this BS issue became an issue is because Dumb Ass Trump made it an issue because he was failing at leadership on this issue.

@boejiven7486 Because the Trumpian GQP Neo Nazi 🦇💩 crazy ideology that your Cult Leader represents is now being exported to Canada. Get a clue.

@Fullsendfilosophy You don’t comply with crazies. Close to 85% of Canadians have received their vaccinations as we all should do because it is right for our society. These Truckers are refusing to be responsible adults and get their vaccinations so all of us as a society can get a handled this soul sucking pandemic. Continuing to toss you lite cigarettes into the dry forest while the rest of us are putting out fires is exactly what you are doing.

@boejiven7486 Neo Nazism is a far Rightwing ideology that embraces Authoritarianism, Xenophobia, Homophobia, Ableism, Anti Semitism, The Cult of the Individual, The Big Lie(s), and the Stab In the Back Myth - in this case the Stolen Election. Because Trumpism checks each of these boxes, I feel I am on solid scholarly ground in calling a spade a spade or in this case Neo Nazism.

@boejiven7486 Trump’s impeachment. Trump and his very close associates had 137 contacts with Russian Spie Agents offering campaign assistance, propaganda support, and of course hacked emails. Of the 137 contacts, 32 were considered extremely close to Trump and were desired as “serious and problematic”. Source Muller Report page 32 section, and pages 60 - 101.

@boejiven7486 * John Podesta plans to succeed. [WTF? Is this a QAnon thing? Why just the West Coast, why not the East Coast and every major city of any size?] * Biden says that future elections will be illegitimate unless their election bill is passed after having in their words the most secure election in history. [You are confusing several issues here and grossly misquoting President Biden. The Freedom to Vote Act prevents States from passing laws that are designed to prevent people from voting. Their are multiple GQP held States that passing laws making difficult to vote in Non GQP voting locations. For example, no vote by mail, no providing water or food for people who sometimes are in line to vote for up to 8 hours - these areas are always in the South, are in non white areas, and voting locations and assets are specifically designed to discourage minorities from voting. The list of games these States are trying to play is long and devious, and should be illegal. Once again, do not confuse correctly recorded votes with voter suppression.]

@boejiven7486 * Rightwing Authoritarianism. [American authoritarianism has flourish underTrump and it won’t magically vanish when he goes away. if he loses. It is important to understand what kinds of policies and changes Rightwing American authoritarians will support when stirred up. Approximately 18 percent of Americans are highly disposed to authoritarianism, according to their answers to four simple survey questions used by social scientists to estimate this disposition. A further 23 percent or so are just one step below them on the authoritarian scale. This roughly 40 percent of Americans tend to favor authority, obedience and uniformity over freedom, independence and diversity. Authoritarianism is best understood not as a policy preference, the way we talk about lower taxes or strong defense, but rather as a worldview that can be “activated” in the right historical moment by anyone with a big enough megaphone who is willing to play on voters’ fears and insecurities. AKA THE BIG(S)

@boejiven7486 *Authoritarianism Continued [ When activated by fear, authoritarian-leaning Americans are predisposed to trade civil liberties for strongman solutions to secure law and order; and they are ready to strip civil liberties from those defined as the “other”—a far cry from the image of America as a country built on a shared commitment to liberty and democratic governance. In surveys these American authoritarians are more likely to agree that our country should be governed by a strong leader who doesn’t have to bother with Congress or elections. They are more likely to support limiting the freedom of the press and agree that the media is the enemy of the people rather than a valuable independent institution. They are also more likely to think the president should have the power to limit the voice and vote of opposition parties, while believing that those who disagree with them are a threat to our country—a concerning trend as we head to the polls this year. THIS IS EXACTLY TRUMPISM. American authoritarians fear diversity. They are more likely to agree that increasing racial, religious and ethnic diversity is a clear and present threat to national security. They are more fearful of people of other races, and agree with the statement that “sometimes other groups must be kept in their place.”
