  5.  @kethalpak149  It turns out their is far more to the story. Elon is required to file a 13D when acquiring more than 5% of a companies voting stock. Elon was 11 days late and profited $156 million because of his delayed filing. Now the SEC is going after Elon for manipulating stocks.

It it always surprising to MAGA Morons that America is a Nation of Laws (thus the Rule of Law) that must be adhered to.
