I was reading an article about the worst of Stalin’s Gulags, where 10s of thousand “prisoners” died. Unfortunately several of the residence of that area still remember Stalin fondly. This quote from an old Russian lady made me think of Trump: “Stalin was God,” she said. “How to say it? Stalin wasn’t at fault at all. It was the party and all those people. Stalin just signed.” 71 million Americans thought the same, turning a blind eye to who Trump really is.
