@Battleborn357 When your actions with guns threatens my life you are violating my Constitutional Rights. When you can’t handle a gun like a responsible adult you forfeit your rights. Your gun is like your pecker, don’t pull it out unless you are in the privacy of your own home.

@uanonymous1090 First off no one is talking about taking your guns. Secondly, you need to ask yourself why do criminals have guns? What rules/regulations can make EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get guns. Such computer based reporting of gun sales and types, this would allow the ATF to identify Gun Sellers who are selling to straw buyers - Mexican Drug Cartels buy their guns in America this way. Also, Criminals in Chicago buy their guns in other nearby States this way. Switzerland, the individual gun owning capital of the World requires even a Father passing a gun onto his son to be properly vetted and recorded. Banning 18 year old kids from buying any guns, or limit them to bolt action 22s. The list of Common Sense Rules are endless.

Again I tell you, your gun is like your pecker, you only pull it out at home, and only when you intend to use it. No one wants to take your gun, but we all want Extreme Vetting and Common Sense Rules on Guns, just like in the military.

U.S. Supreme Court on June 26, 2008, held (5–4) that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to possess firearms independent of service in a state militia and to use firearms for traditionally lawful purposes, including self-defense within the home. NOTE THE 5-4 decision. What was it Justice Barette said about Roe v Wade? It is was decided but not widely accepted as settled law. Can SCOTUS reverse this decision just like they are trying to do on the 50 years of Roe v Wade?

Also have read a personal library of American & World History that measure 9 feet tall and 15 feet long.

@tyronewashington230 Research shows that 18 year old brains are not fully developed in terms of regulation. The prefrontal cortex, which is critical to understanding the consequences of one’s actions and controlling impulses, does not fully develop until about age 25.
