  5. Well Alan Loyd, or should I say Komrade, let us logically think this through. Ukraine gave up 300 nukes and 100 ICBMs why would they now try to get into the Bio Weapons business? For defense? This makes zero sense as Bio Weapons can not be controlled once they are released. Ponder this for a moment, let the illogic of what your master Putin is asking you to message.

  15.  @NataliaYasnaya  Just with a quick Google search, I found that the United States has 32 major Bio Research Facilities. None of these research or produce Bio Weapons, but each has Biologicals that would be of CONCERN if they were released/bombed. As for why we would know this is because we support science in a multitude of locations throughout the world so we can to monitor diseases and catch or stop the next pandemic. Even the most basic of internet research should reveal this to you. An example of this is that we new about COVID-19 within weeks of starting to circulate in China. Why are we concerned? Because these are labs that keep samples of deadly diseases that they use as samples in testing and research. Nobody wants a bomb or some Russian grunt releasing these samples. Much like Nuke Power Plants you don’t want these facilities to get bombed or to not be managed by staff because of War. Rubio: I only have a minute left. Let me ask you, does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons? Nuland: Ukraine has biological research facilities, which, in fact, we are now quite concerned Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of. So we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces, should they approach.
