Because of Republicans the middle class pays twice as much as they did in the 50 & 60s and the Rich pay less than 1 - 6% of income.

  3.  @hope4ourfallen  The Super rich underpay close to $600 Billion in taxes each year because the IRS is understaffed, underfunded, and grossly out of date on technology. This is not by accident, as it is another way for Republicans to protect the Super Rich from paying their fair share of taxes. Those “donations” come with strings.
