@jpsphoto-vision8803 Nice Try, but the point was that Trump tried to Lie or Forgot, Regardless of whether Trump Org’s Year End Financials were Fiscal of Calendar. During his various Depositions he “couldn’t remember” over 100 Times and took the 5th close to 400 Times. CFO’s & CEO’s are required to sign off on Published Year End Financials & Tax Returns - this is the Burden of Leadership. When Borrowing - with a closely held company such as Trump Org, the guarantor is required to attest to the Truthfulness of All Documentation Provided to the Bank. This is also True of Tax Returns which are NOW verified with the IRS because too many dishonest people - like Trump - were falsifying/modifying - tax returns.
