Granted, sometimes criminals go free, such as OJ Simpson, but charges are not brought unless the evidence points towards criminal activity. Some criminals such as Treasonous Trump & Al Capone use intermediaries making Conviction more difficult, but no one doubts Capone, OJ, or Treasonous Trump’s guilt.
