@mikefinley4367 You should look into what it takes to borrow from a bank and underwrite a loan. The bank has you Sign your taxes and your Financial Statement testify, under penalty, that the information provided is accurate and fairly represents your financial position. Not all information is verified by the bank, and only in the last 10 years have banks been able to verify tax returns with the IRS. Even IRS Tax returns do not guarantee accuracy as people routinely lie on their tax returns. Further, only property that is taken as Collateral is verified with an appraiser. Bottom line, knowingly lying about your finances to a Bank & the IRS is a Crime.
