  1. Your first mistake is to believe that FAUX (French for Fake) is about journalism. It is not. Faux news is about propaganda, specifically for the benefit of one person - Donald J Trump. I am unclear as to what type of arrangement Murdock and Trump have worked out but Faux’s actions point to one. Murdock/Faux initially fought Trump. But when it became apparent Trump would win the presidency they did a 180. As to your censorship claim, it is more about controlling the narrative than about censoring your voice. This is something that Faux, Rush, and Alt Republicans do very well - controlling the narrative. Case in point. Do you remember how threatening North Korea once was. They have the same nukes, are expanding their missile capabilities, etc. But now you hear little from Faux. Why, because Trump says that he and Kim are in love. That’s it, no other changes have taken place - just a beautiful love letter.

  2. In George Orwell’s “1984,” there is a passage that says, “It’s a beautiful thing, the destruction of words”. Newt just accomplished this. When you are the minister of propaganda, working for the State voice of propaganda, and throw shade on legitimate journalism, you have “destroyed the meaning of words”. Herr Gobbles would be Proud of this moment.
