Numerous contacts with Russian spies - willingly - and a request for congress to indict the president on obstruction. The report found collusion but could not determine “criminal intent”. In summary, Muller found Trump and his swamp creatures too stupid to understand they were being played by a Russian intelligence operation. In other words Trump wanted to commit “criminal conspiracy” but could not organize coordinate properly to make it work. However, Trump and his swamp creatures WILLINGLY accepted assistance from the Russians even though they did not “COORDINATE” with the Russians. As for Obstruction - Muller found obstruction. Because Barr would not support indicting a sitting president Muller suggested Congress do so. Before you all say “fake news”, “lib lies” and all the other BS. Read the report for yourself. Don’t be a Graham and skim it.
