@zedtradertoronto158 Sounds like a well thought out idea. You should add another option: That non vaccinated people have to pay a higher premium for Insurance just like smokers. This would reflect the negative consequences and higher costs of their bad personal choices.

But all joking aside, this Heroin obsession you have reminded me of the 70s, all the old men were consumed by the so called heroin epidemic that was taking children from there beds as they slept.
