If you don’t know who has it you can’t isolate them. South Korea has tested close to 80% of their population. They flattened the curve and are now in a major decline phase. Statistics are interesting as they can tell many stories. For example, by your unit of measurement, China has the lowest infection rate in the world and is hardly worth mentioning. We could extrapolate this example further and say China did an amazing job and we should all look to them for guidance. Thoughts?
