  6. @ The Judge went out of his way to accommodate Trump, and out of his way to sentence him lightly. Since 2018 no… NO ONE convicted of committing fraud and falsifying business records has been given an unconditional discharge. About 1/3 got 1yr in prison, 1/3 more than a yrs prison, and rest probation, fines, and community service.
