When the liver reaches a failure point you die. Cause of Death a life threatening chemical imbalance that can't be corrected. Blood vessels Cancers can grow into and damage blood vessels in a vital part of the body. This can cause bleeding. For example bleeding in the brain is a stroke, which can be fatal if the body can't control it. Cause of Death Stroke or Hemorrhaging. Sparky the point is that Cancer significantly contributed to the Death and can therefore be said to cause the death. You can quibble with the semantics and claim otherwise but you would be a fool to do so.

How many abortions would that prevent? I do not fault anyone who opposes abortion, but I find these friends of the unborn loose their concern the minute the baby is born, no medical care, no social assistance, no education, and no concern that the baby has a healthy prosperous life. Conservatives have similar values for our military, they will spend 100s of billions on weapons systems but begrudge any money spent on soldiers, soldiers housing, healthcare, and VA treatment for the long term care of those wounded. Back in the Reagan era, 100s of Billions were spent on new weapon system, but out of 16 shitters (8 on each end) only 4 in total could be flushed for 3 years.
