For example I read the Mueller Report Vol 1 Where Treasonous Trump seeks aid from, receives aid from, and encourages aid from Putin’s GRU (formerly called the KGB). In the summary Mueller states that though there were 32 contacts between the Russians and the TT campaign, he was unsure he could convict for Criminal Conspiracy. Criminal Conspiracy requires that the perpetrator know what they were doing was illegal. This requires that you prove intent - or what was end the persons mind at the time of the crime. A very difficult if not impossible bar to meet. But regardless, TT and team sought help from, received help from Russian GRU Agents - this is not in dispute. Also, the Mueller Report Vol II makes a case for 11 counts of Obstruction. In the Mueller Report he finds TT behavior “highly disturbing” and defers prosecution to Congress. Rembrandt his boss, Bill Barr would not support indicting a sitting president. Once again, thank you for playing but find someone in your own weight/intellect class.   9. Gregg Mueller didn’t say no to obstruction. The repost cites 11 examples of obstruction of which 5 were serious. Mueller deferred to Congress to bring charges because Barr did not support charging a sitting president. Being able to read gives me a distinct advantage over a non reader like you.

  15. jammer682 Actually 11 counts of Obstruction of Justice, of which 5 were very serious. As for indicting a sitting president it has not been tested in the Courts. There are many cases cited were justices have said “No one is above the law” that would seem to include sitting presidents.
