  4. D The Wall is being replaced. The area of replacement is between San Diego and El Paso. This is the same area that a wall, fence, etc. already existed. About 1/3 of illegals (documented info from our own boarder patrol officers) come across our boarder between San Diego and El Paso. The majority of illegals come across our boarder between El Paso and Brownsville. So far Treasonous Trump has not done anything in the most important area. TT has only Replaced 50 miles of existing border fencing. Obama built 649 miles of new boarder fencing.
