This guy is full of crap. What he is spinning makes no sense. If I understand this guy correctly he knew his audience was corruptible and wrote his email accordingly. I suspect he wrote his email as intended. My BS detector went off repeatedly as he tried to explain himself. As they say: the simplest explanation is most likely correct.
