  17. elbert cates Eric Garner was a felon. He was using force to resist arrest. His death is unfortunate, but not unexpected. He had over 30 arrests on his record. They included, assault, grand larceny, and restating arrest. Somehow I don't feel sorry for people who prey on their fellow citizens.

In fact, both of the fires at issue INCREASED the value of the affected property by getting rid of scrub brush that is now replaced with grazeable grass. The federal government magically declared it "unsuitable for grazing" and therefore drove down the value. You have no fucking idea what you're talking about.

(Improving it's value according to the BLM assessment at the time.) 2. The 2006 fire burned less than an acre of government land. At worst, this is a civil issue, not the retarded terrorism charge brought by the jackbooted thugs in the BLM.
