  1. Yup. I was there. It wasn't quite THIS bad, but it was more the same thing. The "solidarity bag" is basically starvation rations. 1 kg of rice is ~4000 calories 1 kg of beans is ~3000 calories The other stuff might add another ~3000 to be generous. That means that your "bag" has less than a week of nutrition for an adult to stay healthy.
