  1. +JewTube To be fair, Somalia is as much a libertarian utopia as North Korea is a communist utopia. Both concepts look good on paper until you add the human element.

  2. JewTube Or we can just use systems of government designed with human psychology in mind. A tightly limited Constitutional Republic is a good example. The government has just enough power to make it functional but not enough that they can abuse it. Unfortunately, that relies on people holding the government to the limits defined in said Constitution.
