The fact that your neighborhoods are warzones because nobody wants to turn in the drug dealing ganbanger animals shooting it up, might be a reason for why nobody wants to teach at your schools or pay to make them better.   3. occupynewparadigm That has jack shit to do with "equality under the law". They are not subject to separate laws or harsher punishments than other citizens. They just happen to live in an area where the community cares more about protecting ganbangers and getting $400 backpacks for their kids than keeping their schools running.

The way I see it, public schooling is extortion from everyone who either doesn't have kids in school, or pays out of pocket to send their kids to a real school and not a socialist indoctrination camp. I guarantee you that every ganbanger in that community is known to at least a dozen citizens. In either case, it has nothing to do with equality under the law as that only applies to criminal and civil procedure, not handouts. 2. Yeah... Tolerant liberal there.
