If you go into a war zone, you accept the possibility that you might get shot by mistake. MSF should have set up their hospital well away from any possible combat areas. A red cross is not a magic shield. I've seem corpsmen get shot trying to patch up Marines. I've seen med-evac units take fire. Were those "war crimes"? You have no fucking idea what you're talking about. I also note that you talk awfully big on the internet. Something tells me that you don't have the balls to say the same things face to face with an actual veteran where you'd be held accountable for your bullshit.

  14. Justin Credible [CITATION NEEDED] US Soldiers DELIBERATELY killing civilians is bullshit. It happens extremely rarely and the troops involved are generally charged with and convicted of murder. As for the hospital... Just because someone SAYS it's a hospital does not mean it IS one. If I was in charge of an air strike, I'm not about to take the word of the people I'm fighting over intel and reports from the ground. MSF set up their hospital in a war zone and wound up getting hit when troops took fire from there. It happens. That's why you don't set up hospitals in combat zones.

You need to brush up on your laws and customs of war. As for your link... Notice how the man involved was being charged with murder. His testimony is self serving, unverifiable, and therefore bullshit.
