Entitlements that are inherently unconstitutional under the 5th amendment's prohibition of taking things without "just compensation" as 60% of my taxes are taken from me without any compensation to me. It fails to adjust for the gigantic deposits that are just not economic to exploit. (Something that will change quickly if the price goes up.) As for pollution... Go talk to the PRC. China is responsible for 60% of the world's air pollution with the remainder being generated by other "developing" countries.
