  1. The age thing is very true, I'm only in late twenties and because of sitting 24/7.. My glutes, hips and calves have weakened and now I have shin pain when walking because of the lack of support on them. I watched a course a while back and whatever you don't use in nature it weakens.. even astronauts have to intensively exercise more than average person to prevent bone loss due to zero gravity up there, same with your brain aswell if you don't use it you literally become dumber. Keep training your mind and body guys.

  3. God when I was 17 I had likw 10-14% body fat and I got complimented everywhere I damn went. I had a sunken in face high cheekbones great straight jawline etc... Iv'e had the comment "you could make a million with your face".. now I'm 40-50lbs over weight and I never ever get the compliments anymore. you legit get treat differently and getting girls was a regular. now I'd be lucky to get any. being over weight is very toxic it stripes away your opportunities. Listen to this man.

  5. being left behind is a real thing, don't do what I done and wasted half my money on unused gym memberships, alcohol, stupid clothes, playing video games 24/7, nandos every damn week etc... Because although I have some savings at least, I'm still living at home at 29 which isn't too bad, but the bad thing is I don't have a car. Most my mates have cars and can at least date, It's a nightmare when you're my age and you haven't got a car It makes things soo difficult, but I literally can't get one because it will just put a hole in my wallet when I'm supposed to be saving when living rent free. I now have to play a 5 year catch up and I'll be 34 when I can get one lol. So when you see these 21 yr olds buying fancy £25,000 cars and justifying it because "you're only young once", please don't and be smart about it. I'm getting a huge inheritence from grand parents 5-10 years down the line so I'm very very lucky, but without that my future would be nothing. but for all you young guns out there please be smart and don't waste your cash on dumb stuff. It might be fun and games but when you're 40 with nothing and have to work factory shifts, and have to settle with a girl whos in charge of the house and has like 3 kids because she herself cannot get a high value man, boy will you regret it. This happened to my father, a criminal who had kids at 23, Only met him a few times in my life but when I had a conversation with him he said " please son do well in life or you will end up living with someone like her", which was his nagging butch looking GF lol.

  7. This isn't talked much about but I'm sure boxing from a very young age changes the way your face forms.. I know boxers in real life who have been fighting since the day they was born, issac mcleod, glenn foot, tony jeffries etc.. and they have really deeeep set eyes.. It's as if the bone has remodeled to protect the eyes by increasing bone density in that area.

  8. 1m doesn't realize how much hes helped me, I havent started a buisness but my mindset is a lot greater and I have made wayy better choices. When I was 28 and haven't done anything with my life and spent the last 10 years gaming or so, I felt very suicidal and a dread feeling of missing out 24/7. But then I stumbled across 1m out of sheer luck and made me realize that there's still a lot of potential for us older guys 👌And all those suicide thoughts have gone completely!

I still struggle to understand why people this day and age don't talk about this stuff, It's like most people make the same mistakes and therefore don't educate people as a way of preserving their confidence from the life choices they made when younger. Some of my mates with kids are struggling so bad they have to resort to buying random stuff from stores and bonus balling it on facebook as a way of getting extra cash to pay for their kids. And never ever give in to the stupid pressures of having to have it all figured out by 25 30 etc... Don't be afraid to live rent free with your parents if it means your future won't be fucked.

  10. Reading books like Kriss says is very good. Intelligence and having the ability to talk creatively is very good. I would rather be skinny and intelligent then dumb and a roid head anyday. reading books expands your mind and makes you think better, people also respect you more and you are less likely to be manipulated.

  11. You have to be carefull not to get trapped. 27 is when men start to freak out and think they need to settle before 30... And in SOME CASES based on what Iv'e seen, I have seen a lot of single moms in their late thirties with like 3 kids trap men in their late twenties when they are still naive and probably haven't had a lot of sex in their life and have a baby with them straight away, because the intelligent older men know what they are getting themselves into and don't fall for it. My poor family member next door to me never had a GF and was very shy, he's quite good looking and did very good in school, but at this age 27-28, he met a woman at work with 3 kids who was like 36 and single and she trapped him big time.. they now have 5 kids overall and 2 are his, poor guy has to deliver pizzas just to fund them. Such a waste of potential. This age is dangerous to success.

  13. I have my future planned out now thanks to 1stman, I'm so happy because all of my life I haven't been focused on the compound effect and instead just messed around etc.. Kriss has really given me a kick in the teeth to get things sorted now whilst I have the chance, If I never came across this channel I would probably be that 45-55 yr old miserable man, stuck in a factory and spending years on dating apps eating a tub of pringles for my lunch break. I'm 28 now and I'm gonna bulk and cut to get my dream physique age 31-33, whilst living completely rent free and just saving saving and more savings, whilst learning other things reading books etc.. Gonna buy a house upfront age 38 so I'm not burdened with mortgage later in life and so I can ease a little bit on working to have free time since the house will be payed for (I have some savings already, and gonna be left a little bit inheritence luckily). Perfect scenario in my eyes, I'll be in top shape, house to bring a few females back and live the rest of my life with ease, my prime years will be 38-50 and I'm waking up everyday excited!, I know my future self will thank me.

Damn this advice can save a lifetime of misery, Iv'e got "friends" who haven't done much with their life, just getting by paying rent after rent and then they go have 2 kids because they gave in to the peer pressure.... like wtf, dont they think about the long term? I get it not everyone will be multimillionaires but at least put in the graft and get a home payed of and some savings in your bank first

  19. No matter how long you train you will always reach a genetic limit, after around year 4-6 the gains after that are very minimal. Not to mention that getting too big just requires more maintenance, some people dont want that big bulky look. I personally don't think age is a huge deal when it comes to crafting a decent physique, the guy from fit and 50 youtube channel started at age 45 and 10 years later he has a fantastic lean physique, looks better than most 21 yr olds. You are right about time issues though, but if you have a lot of time on your hands then working out correctly past age 28 for a good solid number of years won't be that difficult, 30 Is still very young, age only matters when you get very old like 50-60 especially if you starting fresh, that's when it becomes a problem and you probably won't get those 20's- 30's gains like you could have.

  20. Hit the nail on the head, Iv'e met guys who are like in their 40's still paying rent by rent with nothing in return for it. Half their waves go to the landlord and add food on top of that, almost impossible to save. It must be a nightmare. Iv'e decided to live rent free because I made the same mistakes of not seeing the opportunities to save whilst young, and buying stupid stuff 24/7. Moved back in at 29 and restarting.

Iv'e seen this a lot.. men settling down at like 24, going in for a home halves with a woman, have 2 kids then 5+ years down the line he turns fat, struggles financially, and sits in his pjarmas drinking hot chocolate every night after work, she then comes up with a reason to leave and now he's like 32 -36 and lost half the home and has the kids to pay for. They have to start over when they should have put the foundations in place first... I understand how tempting the gravitational pull of being in a relationship is, It's like a drug but it's a drug that rots you out the sexual market place in years to come if you don't do things right.

Kriss do you also think that living in certain areas makes a huge difference too? where I'm from Sunderland, the standards are disgustingly low and even being lean would make you stand out, and very rarely you see a "stud", so that would make you stand out easier I believe. But I could imagine somewhere like los angeles where the competition is very high and millionaires walking down the street 24/7, it would be wayyy harder to get to that top 5-1%

  28. I have been losing body fat but my face is still a bit puffy from the fat around that area, which face exercises would help me burn the fat around the face? I have adjusted my eating because of the buccinator muscle like you said but there is still face fat which is covering my hollow cheeks jawline etc.

  29. Normally this works well in high school years but as time goes on, if you still do "bad boy" things then you attract the wrong kind of women later in your life, they are normally spontaneous and confident and that's how they get laid often. I have seen it for years.

  31. I love Kriss advice but everyones mindset is different because we have had different experiences etc.... Like 10k a month where I live is incredible, I would quite happily earn that a month and not bother going any further.. Round my area you would be considered an outlier if you earned even just half of that...up north UK the standards are disgustingly low in some areas and peoples mindsets are extremely limited round here (not saying where), It's hard to conceieve of anything great because people will just laugh at you think you are crazy and it rubs of on you.

I've met people like this also, the standards round my area are VERY low and It's easy to get sucked into drama, anything out of the ordinary like a parrot in the street and you will have a swarm of people round etc... There's this one guy whos legit 45 and walks around in tracksuits causing petty fights in the street like a teenager and joining facebook groups to cause arguments on purpose like you said. A big lesson is that poor behaviour encourages poverty.

And from what I have read if that our DNA goes with ANY set of behaviours just to mate with the opposite sex, which is why I became lazy and socially inept over the years and hooked to a computer screen. It's very embarrasing but when I was younger I had a few sexual encounters and couldn't cum at all, I had to have sex then go home and masturbate to the photo the girl sent to me before we met up. My mate is like 39 and has like 10 girls blown up his phone all the time, sleeps with 18 yr olds all the time and I have witnessed this myself. He is tall and good looking but takes care of himself and has a purpose/youtube channel etc.. It exists and I dont think females want men to know.. Correct me if i'm wrong Kriss but I could imagine a lot of women especially 7 and below would be put of by Dan Bilzerian, I don't know what it is but it looks laughable and all the girls look like all they care about is getting noticed and doing it for attention (could be paid of course). The girls who are with him are probably tje type you wouldn't wanna be with anyway, fair enough sex is great and im sure he gets a lot but walking around with a crowd of girls looks incredibly narcissistic, unless he gets paid by someone behind the scenes to act like this?
