  2.  @christophcrs8472  Yeah mindset it would work wonders but it elevates cortisol to unnatural levels, can damage bones and you have to ingest soo much calcium and calories, whilst burning through muscle tissue... I have also read that running too much bouncing up and down can sag your face skin.

  3. Younger females do look better 17-23 (age of consent is a bit diffrent in the UK) but as you get older the stigma is what messes things up. I believe its some social construct to shame men into going after the most fertile women so that they stay with their older partners.. Not saying older females aren't nice but women of that age range stated above do look better
