You are right about some homeless people being complete awful people. There is a community down the town where I live and I see them all the time, problem is if you see them too much, you might become a target and they start confronting you bullying and you cannot really retaliate because you don't know what their intentions are or what they are capabe off, pulling out needles on you etc..... It's disgusting and this is normally caused by drugs (heroin and crack) but some homeless people are genuine and try their best to stay away from all that crap.
