  1. The age thing is very true, I'm only in late twenties and because of sitting 24/7.. My glutes, hips and calves have weakened and now I have shin pain when walking because of the lack of support on them. I watched a course a while back and whatever you don't use in nature it weakens.. even astronauts have to intensively exercise more than average person to prevent bone loss due to zero gravity up there, same with your brain aswell if you don't use it you literally become dumber. Keep training your mind and body guys.

  3. God when I was 17 I had likw 10-14% body fat and I got complimented everywhere I damn went. I had a sunken in face high cheekbones great straight jawline etc... Iv'e had the comment "you could make a million with your face".. now I'm 40-50lbs over weight and I never ever get the compliments anymore. you legit get treat differently and getting girls was a regular. now I'd be lucky to get any. being over weight is very toxic it stripes away your opportunities. Because although I have some savings at least, I'm still living at home at 29 which isn't too bad, but the bad thing is I don't have a car. Most my mates have cars and can at least date, It's a nightmare when you're my age and you haven't got a car It makes things soo difficult, but I literally can't get one because it will just put a hole in my wallet when I'm supposed to be saving when living rent free. I now have to play a 5 year catch up and I'll be 34 when I can get one lol. So when you see these 21 yr olds buying fancy £25,000 cars and justifying it because "you're only young once", please don't and be smart about it. I'm getting a huge inheritence from grand parents 5-10 years down the line so I'm very very lucky, but without that my future would be nothing. but for all you young guns out there please be smart and don't waste your cash on dumb stuff. It might be fun and games but when you're 40 with nothing and have to work factory shifts, and have to settle with a girl whos in charge of the house and has like 3 kids because she herself cannot get a high value man, boy will you regret it. This happened to my father, a criminal who had kids at 23, Only met him a few times in my life but when I had a conversation with him he said " please son do well in life or you will end up living with someone like her", which was his nagging butch looking GF lol.

I know boxers in real life who have been fighting since the day they was born, issac mcleod, glenn foot, tony jeffries etc.. and they have really deeeep set eyes.. It's as if the bone has remodeled to protect the eyes by increasing bone density in that area.

  8. 1m doesn't realize how much hes helped me, I havent started a buisness but my mindset is a lot greater and I have made wayy better choices. When I was 28 and haven't done anything with my life and spent the last 10 years gaming or so, I felt very suicidal and a dread feeling of missing out 24/7. But then I stumbled across 1m out of sheer luck and made me realize that there's still a lot of potential for us older guys 👌And all those suicide thoughts have gone completely!

I still struggle to understand why people this day and age don't talk about this stuff, It's like most people make the same mistakes and therefore don't educate people as a way of preserving their confidence from the life choices they made when younger. Some of my mates with kids are struggling so bad they have to resort to buying random stuff from stores and bonus balling it on facebook as a way of getting extra cash to pay for their kids. And never ever give in to the stupid pressures of having to have it all figured out by 25 30 etc... Don't be afraid to live rent free with your parents if it means your future won't be fucked.

  10. Reading books like Kriss says is very good. Intelligence and having the ability to talk creatively is very good. I would rather be skinny and intelligent then dumb and a roid head anyday. reading books expands your mind and makes you think better, people also respect you more and you are less likely to be manipulated.

  11. After decades of feeling groggy and like I have a very low level hangover almost daily, sleeping in 11-12 hours a day, brain fog, literally unable to formulate sentences properly. You have changed my life Andrew, I spent the majority of my twenties gaming 7-14 hours a day and rarely viewing ANY sunlight in a small dark bedroom 90% of my time, and vitamin D deficient. I felt suicidal and depressed most of that time and struggled with daily tasks as felt tired a lot. I thought I had chronic fatigue syndrome but was completely oblivious to the effect light has on the human body. I get by on around 7-9 hours of sleep daily and feel OK. I am almost crying writing this because my life was a meaningless mess up until age 30 or so. I really cannot thank you enough and will continue to support your work. You really have benefitted me in incredible ways.

  12. You have to be carefull not to get trapped. 27 is when men start to freak out and think they need to settle before 30... And in SOME CASES based on what Iv'e seen, I have seen a lot of single moms in their late thirties with like 3 kids trap men in their late twenties when they are still naive and probably haven't had a lot of sex in their life and have a baby with them straight away, because the intelligent older men know what they are getting themselves into and don't fall for it. My poor family member next door to me never had a GF and was very shy, he's quite good looking and did very good in school, but at this age 27-28, he met a woman at work with 3 kids who was like 36 and single and she trapped him big time.. they now have 5 kids overall and 2 are his, poor guy has to deliver pizzas just to fund them. Such a waste of potential. This age is dangerous to success.

Almost all of them have, or make up a back story for attention and so that people feel inspired and look up to them, hence making them more famous, and so they are not seen as perfect... because we humans dont like to see perfect people. If she could really predict the future she would have predicted covid ffs.... it seems she is also a "game changer". she goes against most advice and turn it into her own thing... this is also to create a niche and get more customers as the more novel it is, the more noticed you become.... It's like the fitness industry, you get the keto guy, fasting guy, high carb guy, steroid guy, muscle imbalance specialist, the guy who believes TEF (thermic effect of food) is the only way to burn fat..... GUYS SERIOUSLY, WAKE UP TO REALITY... She craves being different, and she is.. But don't believe everything she tells you. She is not psychic and she is not a alien who has been put on this planet or whatever. Shes a narc who just wants to be different and make lots of cash.

  16. I have my future planned out now thanks to 1stman, I'm so happy because all of my life I haven't been focused on the compound effect and instead just messed around etc.. Kriss has really given me a kick in the teeth to get things sorted now whilst I have the chance, If I never came across this channel I would probably be that 45-55 yr old miserable man, stuck in a factory and spending years on dating apps eating a tub of pringles for my lunch break. I'm 28 now and I'm gonna bulk and cut to get my dream physique age 31-33, whilst living completely rent free and just saving saving and more savings, whilst learning other things reading books etc.. Gonna buy a house upfront age 38 so I'm not burdened with mortgage later in life and so I can ease a little bit on working to have free time since the house will be payed for (I have some savings already, and gonna be left a little bit inheritence luckily). Perfect scenario in my eyes, I'll be in top shape, house to bring a few females back and live the rest of my life with ease, my prime years will be 38-50 and I'm waking up everyday excited!, I know my future self will thank me.

  23. No matter how long you train you will always reach a genetic limit, after around year 4-6 the gains after that are very minimal. Not to mention that getting too big just requires more maintenance, some people dont want that big bulky look. I personally don't think age is a huge deal when it comes to crafting a decent physique, the guy from fit and 50 youtube channel started at age 45 and 10 years later he has a fantastic lean physique, looks better than most 21 yr olds. You are right about time issues though, but if you have a lot of time on your hands then working out correctly past age 28 for a good solid number of years won't be that difficult, 30 Is still very young, age only matters when you get very old like 50-60 especially if you starting fresh, that's when it becomes a problem and you probably won't get those 20's- 30's gains like you could have.

  25. Hit the nail on the head, Iv'e met guys who are like in their 40's still paying rent by rent with nothing in return for it. Half their waves go to the landlord and add food on top of that, almost impossible to save. It must be a nightmare. Iv'e decided to live rent free because I made the same mistakes of not seeing the opportunities to save whilst young, and buying stupid stuff 24/7. Moved back in at 29 and restarting.

Iv'e seen this a lot.. men settling down at like 24, going in for a home halves with a woman, have 2 kids then 5+ years down the line he turns fat, struggles financially, and sits in his pjarmas drinking hot chocolate every night after work, she then comes up with a reason to leave and now he's like 32 -36 and lost half the home and has the kids to pay for. They have to start over when they should have put the foundations in place first... I understand how tempting the gravitational pull of being in a relationship is, It's like a drug but it's a drug that rots you out the sexual market place in years to come if you don't do things right.

Kriss do you also think that living in certain areas makes a huge difference too? where I'm from Sunderland, the standards are disgustingly low and even being lean would make you stand out, and very rarely you see a "stud", so that would make you stand out easier I believe. But I could imagine somewhere like los angeles where the competition is very high and millionaires walking down the street 24/7, it would be wayyy harder to get to that top 5-1%

All of them has stopped him seeing him sons/daughters and one of the woman (who looks respectable) actually attacked him with a weapon.   44. You are right about some homeless people being complete awful people. There is a community down the town where I live and I see them all the time, problem is if you see them too much, you might become a target and they start confronting you bullying and you cannot really retaliate because you don't know what their intentions are or what they are capabe off, pulling out needles on you etc..... It's disgusting and this is normally caused by drugs (heroin and crack) but some homeless people are genuine and try their best to stay away from all that crap.

  45. I love Kriss advice but everyones mindset is different because we have had different experiences etc.... Like 10k a month where I live is incredible, I would quite happily earn that a month and not bother going any further.. Round my area you would be considered an outlier if you earned even just half of that...up north UK the standards are disgustingly low in some areas and peoples mindsets are extremely limited round here (not saying where), It's hard to conceieve of anything great because people will just laugh at you think you are crazy and it rubs of on you.

I remember going through this AT 19, my ex girlfriend was the same age and she came from a rough background the family are really really garbage people the kind of people I wouldn't even say hi to. I come from a decent background and live in a nice home and I think she saw that as an opportunity, as the relationship went on we began to slowly fall out and she wanted a baby, I said no as we are too young. A lot of lives will be ruined by raising the age of consent for silly reasons. 16 you are mature enough to sleep with who ever you consent to.. the police admit they haven got the resources to deal with all sexual offence crimes ( under 16 sexual offences) so raising the age of consent would mean that RESOURCES will be diverted away from protecting the most vulnerable group of society ( under 16's). At 16 I was well aware of what I was doing and loved the freedom I had.

I've met people like this also, the standards round my area are VERY low and It's easy to get sucked into drama, anything out of the ordinary like a parrot in the street and you will have a swarm of people round etc... There's this one guy whos legit 45 and walks around in tracksuits causing petty fights in the street like a teenager and joining facebook groups to cause arguments on purpose like you said. A big lesson is that poor behaviour encourages poverty.

  74. as someone who lives in Sunderland, I can attest that the place is going down hill big time. the amount of foreigners that dont speak our language here is unbelieveable. I made a joke to my friend that if I stepped outside my door I would see a foreigner. I walked outside and literally one right outside my doorstep..... hundreds pass my door each day and I dont even live in the main city and this is not the only problem, crime rates are getting worse, more homeless people than ever before are lurking sunderland streets.

  76. It's so difficult being a man when you're young. A female can be a loser, have no friends maybe even homeless and men will still give them attention. This is why they say "live whilst you're young" But for men you can't just go and get sex whenever you want, you have to earn it. Iv'e been a loser with no friends over weight etc and it's like climbing a mountain to get sex. you go on a date and the women eventually finds more about you and then leaves you for some other dude whos been bugging her on social media. Unfortunately I think that "live while you're young mindset" is passed onto men, my dating life has been dreadful in my twenties and I wanna sort of catch up and make up for what i missed but the negative mindset or "being too old" is always present.

  78. Unfortunatly I believe Andrew is dead, after watching a dennis nilsen documentary I realize how easy it is for someone to be murdered. The place always attracts young runaways and a 14 yr old naive boy walking around looking confused would have sparked the attention of a groomer/killer, especially that he did not have a London accent. I believe he was lured and murdered. There is just no way a 14 yr old could survive that long by himself and the fact that there are no records about him anywhere proves he is dead., I just couldn't imagine a stranger letting him stay at there place and bringing him up, why would they?? that's like me walking around asking someone if they will just give me 10,000 pounds for the hell of it. him commiting suicide is probably not true either because his body would have been found by now. Worst case scenario is that hes locked away somewhere but I highly doubt it as that's a huge responsibility, especially for over 10 years. I have followed this case and come to the conclusion that Andrew was murdered by someone, and I don't think they will ever get caught UNLESS they tell someone or police find evidence of the crime. Sad to say but I hope Kevin moves on. He has done everything he possibly can and has to now just cling onto hope that someone finds out.

My personal advice is to always be disciplined, learning, developing yourself, make long terms choices and minimize ties, but if you wanna go for a drink with the lads do it like 3-6 times a year and really let loose, you wan't to have some memories to reflect on, this can be in your 20's and 30's or even 40's, drinking and meeting women is fun but make those rare occasions. The good thing is that you will enjoy it more and it won't cost you too much to get drunk because your body hasn't built a tolerance. And not everyone wants to be a gary vee and try make it to billionaire status, he plans on working like 17 hour days till like 90 which is pointless because you can't take that money to the grave.. I mean yeah hes famous and gets attention but he just doesn't do anything aside from working 24/7

  89. Eckhart tolle has helped me A LOT, when I was 9 I got diagnosed as having "autism" and was told I could not communicate with people. I cried because It made me feel like an outcast and I knew my life was gonna go down hill and be built on top of that belief. My family started treating me different although my friends didn't notice anything strange about me when they wern't around.. and sometimes as I got older I would be able to talk to people fine, then the thoughts of "autism" used to creep and lurk in my mind and it shut me down everytime.. I read in a book that we pick up beliefs at an early age and our behaviour can be governed by them. this explained what was going on.. Being treat different from my family was horrible it was like having religious beliefs forced upon me, so bad to the point the stress would build up for years of being treat like a retard that I acted in a violent way as a retaliation mechanism, something that 95% of people could not do but all the build up inside me made me go insane in the moment, I won't go into detail about it though, fast forward a few years and I just decided to leave without warning as if I have just vanished into thin air. lol. I read power of now by eckhart tolle and in my interactions I have practiced being present and the thoughts of the past dont take over me anymore, I can communicate so well and my life is amazing. Eckhart stopped me from living a life of misery

Yeah my family was exactly the same, I remember I played football at 8 and wasnt very good at it, my grand father said I cannot learn it " you either gifted or you not", unfortunatly that stuck with me. I understand being present seems boring and like you aren't doing anything so that's why you need to have small goals that you can slowly work towards so that you always know you are progressing, If you think too big too soon on success then you will always stress yourself out, comparing yourself to others is like fighting the ocean, you will never win. so it's best to focus on small tasks and learn to live in the moment whilst enjoying what you do. Technically the brain remains changeable throughout life so you can grow yourself in any direction, this whole 20's thing is mostly because people at your age have kids mortgage etc.. so they simply do not have as much time as they once had, so if you have not had kids you can turn your life around right now. the good news is that men can have kids later in life if you wanted that so you still have a lot of time to dedicate to your craft. You could take your success as far as you want to take it. And yeah to be fair it would have been best if you started earlier, but there's no point regretting that because at least you're alive.. You gotta think if you had started earlier you could have been hit by a bus or killed or something, you just never know because life can be unpredictable so never put your attention on the "what ifs".. I'm assuming you've avoided having kids, if you have, well a lot of people 25-30 do make a silly choice and have kids when they not ready through being immature, now that your brain has matured you can now see this as a major positive that you avoided that. plausibly you could dedicate 17 years to a buisness and fitness, get to 50 be a multi millionaire and in decent shape, you will still be an outlier male, then you could consider the whole kids thing.. I don't think the big decline comes till around 55-60 for men. and BTW khalil rafati didn't start till he was 34 and was in a worse situation than you.. he was homeless, now look at the dude at 53. You have soo much potential it's crazy, now get to work my man and stop over thinking it. Remember your brain will trick you into not taking action ( read war of art by steven pressfield), It's a gem of a book.

  188. 1stman another nugget you can share with everyone is to not strain your face when lifting heavy weights and to avoid running as the skin going up and down can make your face sag overtime. only if going for a PB should you strain your face and make expressions, because straining your face all the time causes bin lines in the face that dont look to good, It takes practice not to do but it's so worth it. I came to this conclusion after reading an article and observing people I know who have big wrinkles, watching them train and they all do that very thing.

I used to get into fights on purpose a lot, really pathetic and stupid I know, but when I was 19 I got locked up and nearly sent to prison in a foreign country in the middle of nowhere, still don't remember where the police station was as it was just one big blur. Worst experience ever and ever since waking up in that warm humid cell not knowing whether I would see my family again make me re think my entire life and to make better choices. Hands down the scariest man you would ever meet, so bad that people used to lock their doors when he entered the street because he would legit walk in and take stuff from you, real nasty bully. People wouldn't contact police either out of fear, because he would wait till you was asleep then kick your doors down and get you at like 3am (he had no job).. He used to shout constantly like he was a angry gorilla out in the wild, very extreme and scary. He was naturally very big and explosive as Iv'e seen him shadow box, but he was a alcoholic. I will never forget that man, Iv'e never seen anything like him.

  229. The worst kinds of people are the hedonistic ones with no routine in there lives, they just live freely and do what they want. Iv'e met people like this, they befriend you get you to buy stuff or even steal from you then move onto someone next... they have that aura or charisma that draws you in, everything you say like I have been to tenerife, they will respond with something like, well Iv'e been to elevenrife etc.... They always seem to have a new "friend" every time you see them. Probably because most people eventually realize what they are like and ditch them. People always seem to give them abuse and you never know why. That's something to take note off. I have unfortunately met people like this and one of them I suspect has some involvement in 2 sinister crimes that are unsolved, I have no proof but I'm like 75% sure it was him as everything adds up and his behaviour seems consistent with the crimes. I know from what I have seen that evil people exist and you need to question who you are friends with. Pay attention to how others treat them and analyze there past, people who drift around a lot without leaving trace of themselves are the ones you have to watch out for.

  233. People very rarely do something legit for "free" without getting something in return. Lets face it, dashing about "helping" people 24/7 without anything in return makes you look pathetic. Men quite happily give desperate moms cash but never a homeless man on the street "of course not without broadcasting it on social media anyway". Some celebrities go out their way to donate to charity but do it in secret, and secretly hire someone to document it so that it looks like they help without caring about getting something back. Lots of men used to help me as a teenager because they fancied my mom and got something in return, nowadays those same men dont even look at me. I also know someone personally who is 90 years old and has nearly a million in their bank account! It never gets spent and that person still lives like they are in poverty. And even helps at a local charity! Giving us silly things like loafs of bread and slices of left over cakes all whilst hoarding all that in the bank.. Yep this world is kinda annoying.

I know rare information that the public don't know about. because we are all genetically unique, we are all susceptible to certain mental problems from our lifestyles etc... and this is what stops the brain functioning and leads to poor behaviour. the majority of scumbags who live in rough areas have appauling diets or use alcohol and drugs which cause brain damage, which affects their decisions. FOOD is actually information that gets sent to our genes and signals certain ones to be turned on and off, even autism sadly can be caused by gut inflammation. We are all different and certain stuff in our diets or lifestyle trigger these nasty mental disorders, stupid medications that pharma corporations profit from mostly dont work, some is good but the majorty don't work for healing mental problems. THe body is DIRECTLY linked to the brain. And what you do to your body influences and changes your brain for better or worse. Don't believe me? just look at people who take ecstacy or LSD, it affects the brain and they hallucinate. THe information that I hold is not available to the public unfortunatly and at the end of the day we are in a money making world. Places like this won't get any better.

In the book Peak anders ericsson said astronauts have to exercise massively whilst in space or there bones become weak and frail due to no gravity up there. basically whatever you don't use in nature it weakens as your bodys way of conserving energy. So for most it's not realistic to be the best at everything. You can't become a marathon runner and be a bodybuilder at the same time. You just gotta pick what you want and go for it not having any regrets leaving other stuff behind.

He said, that his biggest regret is not working smarter when he was younger, everything he had at that point he claims he could have had 8 years ago.... And he says that to indirectly influence you to buy his mentorbox as that is working smarter. People also question why his target audience is 18-25... he claims on impact theory show that it's because the brain stops developing after 25 so its harder to learn..... but reality is that people of these ages are young and naive, looking for get rich quick schemes. Only when you get older you realize they don't exist.

  285. Iv'e been in over 25+ fights including confrontations and I have learned a tactic to really make people think twice before attacking you. Don't let them read you, don't get angry when they first confront you or you are reacting to them and they have you sussed out... but Basically I spent years training myself to have a non flinching eye contact and no nervous body language like swallowing blinking etc... I have had quite a lot of people confront me and because of this tactic I have made them quiver and make there lips and body language shake without saying much, it's like saying to them subconsciously that you have done this before or quite possibly have killed someone in the past and don't care about human life. It makes you look like you have no feelings or fear at all. Another tactic to use in public is if someone confront you in public, put your hands up, stare at any nearby cameras, stare them in the eyes and smile slightly and say I don't want to fight you..... this makes you look like you know what you're doing as you're aware of the cameras, and the person cannot figure out if you're experienced or will press charges.
