I started at the beginning of the year with a Keto diet, no sugars, no carbs. Then I started eating only twice a day, noon and 7pm. I refused to have any foods that were not whole in my house. A few months ago I decided to do a 48-hour water fast, it was no problem. I now do a 38-hour fast once a week and my energy is so high, I have no cravings and the thought of junk food makes me feel sick. Thank you for the insightful interview!

@mikerosoft1009 Yes! Definitely. Just water, black coffee, and green tea are perfect, you'll be surprised at how the next day you'll not feel hungry and have so much energy! Make sure to have water with some sea salt!

@ursulaserle7919 haha! Yeah i know, but the truth I can swear by is once your body gets rid of the crap, you don't want any of it!! I believe that the body knows it wants to live, you gotta clean it and start, reset it, no regrets!!

@sheilatannehill2569 There is a ton of info out there on Keto. I eat eggs, sauerkraut, blue cheese( a little), salads, and or avocado at noon, and I'm full! You have to start slow, and get rid of your dependency on carbs and sugar! So lunch at noon then dinner at 7pm, primarily vegetables and either chicken, beef, or fish. I don't feel hungry at all. Lots of water throughout the day is key!.

This has been such a wonderful conversation. I was always known as an extrovert most of my life, I'm almost 70, but in the last few years I've slowly felt energy loss, and the need to get away to my own space after maybe two hours of socializing, I'd feel such drain. But I just went to Mexico with some girlfriends and my daughter to celebrate her 40th and for 6 days of chatting and constant conversation I never once felt I needed space!. It's a lot to do with who you choose to be around. On the other hand, I have a neighbor who wants to come over and visit, but all she does is talk obsessively in a very always negative way and when she leaves I feel like she sucked the life out of me, I don't know how to get away from her, I can't take it. I will now finish the video! Half way through and love how this opens up many avenues.

I do my 10,000 steps while listening, I'm learning and exercising all in one.

@retrogirl12345 No, not really. I manage my vitamins from mostly vegetables and try hard to stay away from most of the sugar that comes with fruit. Funny that before I got into all this I've always been a veggie girl and never liked fruit!.

@martinepeters9891 I understand, moving the right way in the garden is a very mindful practice, I have to do it as well, nothing worse than back pain. I love most of all the videos here, but sitting for that long is too much, we've gotta keep moving while listening!. Cheers.

@larrywhitesell4139 true,! Everyone is different, I've had no problem but before I started fasting I had IBS, I don't have it anymore. Since this first post on here, I've since dropped ten pounds, without effort, just the reset alone has changed everything.

@sunnyBLR I honestly lighten things up on the weekend, let yourself enjoy a small amount now and then! I do, and then through the week I don't temp myself, and I'm now 15 pounds lighter. Your body will adjust, and reward yourself, good for you!!

@StarvingMyselfToLIFE I've managed to keep my weight the same by having limited carbs, no sugar, and clean eating. I only have two meals daily, and water fast every two weeks for 36 hours. Never felt better!!

@RiverseaYT I decided shorty after getting my insides in order that it didn't make sense to be using products with chemicals, so I started going with as many pure products as possible. I started so simple then realized it one life one body, do it right !
