  4.  @68sgstandard  perfect advice! I walk past and ignore panhandlers, I'm indoors from 7pm to 8am. And that's all neighborhoods, because crap happens EVERYWHERE! I'll start up a conversation with a older person waiting on bus like me, we'll complain about CTA.😏 But that's it, everybody else, I tune out.
