  1. Robot armies don't concern me, apart from the odd accident or hack (which is a risk even now simply from having digital system, no robots required). If we've reached the point where robots are capable of fully replacing humans in literal warzones, then we've almost definitely reached the point where they can replace us in pretty much any other field. At that point I'd be more worried about how we rejig our whole economic system to deal with this new reality, which isn't a choice unlike waging war, than robots being used in wars.
