The thing is this all works out great for his party. The Republicans enemy isn't the Fed, it's the Democrats. Trump may not be able to take over the Fed (as explained in the vid), but he can use it as an easy target to blame while he balloons the debt. He's going to create a debt fuelled boom (high inflation, high growth, low unemployment) that keeps his voters happy, even if the bankers are furious. This debt then becomes his successors headache. The smart thing for the Republicans to do then is to let the Democrats win in 2028. They'll then be forced to destroy their public support to try fixing his mess. This then leaves the Republicans in the perfect position to sweep into power in 2032, with a healthier economy to boot.

They also already have a vid on how his hopes to cut spending are grossly insufficient to make up for the amount of debt his other plans are going to create. As for getting rid of the institution altogether, lol good luck with that!

DOGE is an advisory body. All it's gonna do is tell Trump what it thinks he should do. So it once again circles back to Trump. @therealking6202 Trump wants a lot of things. What he can get is a different matter. Even for his own party it'd be better if he didn't get his way on this, since as I explained above he can set them up for a cycle of constantly dunking on the dems. That can't happen if he stays in power.
