@SerenityM54L2SAM5L5N1 It's only 'not corrupt' because the stuff they do...err, facilitate, color within legal lines as they are rather than what most reasonable (non-elite) people would think they should be. Yeah, you're technically not "corrupt" if you just declare all the shit you do legal. But that doesn't make it right, far from it.

@KM-np6pz The govt. could easily access that money if it wanted to. Banks don't own the police (both real and cyber, in case you think they could just transfer it out), the govt. does. The govt. doesn't access it because they don't want to. In other words, they let banks (and much else) get away with their shit.
