  3. Uh huh. Care to explain why Germany is doing much better under a woman then? And Britain worse under a man? Or NZ doing better, and the US worse? I can go on. World ain't as neat as you'd like to imagine it is, is it? Also, the head of Spain is a man. The Spanish minister of health is also a man. Only the regional govt. is led by a woman.

  4. Uh huh. Have you forgotten Portugal exists, and is doing much better than Spain? And a big chunk of South America traces from Portugal, not Spain.
