That's always been their intro tho. The Trump one, and the Putin one. Why them? Cos this channel is young, and those two happen to be the leaders of their respective countries ever since this channel was launched.

@augustortiz I mean, there technically are two other options - the Libertarians and the Greens. Oh, you know they'll never win? Well, there's your answer - the problem isn't Trump or Biden, the problem is the crappy electoral system the US (the so-called 'champion of democracy', which itself has one of the worst democracies) uses. But there are movements for reforming it. That's the real solution.

@FarewellStudios "The Democratic party advocated changing the whole electoral system (the one we’ve used since the founding of this country)" - iirc, it was a founding father who said the Constitution ought to be re-written every generation. While that may have been an exaggeration, the point stands. The US electoral system is one of the worst in the democratic world. It ought to be upended.

@zecaafonso6467 The media peddle what sells. Politicians who look good on camera and in speeches sell. It isn't the media that's the underlying problem (though they certainly exacerbate it), but the public itself.
