It's a giant scam, like any special water that isn't treated in an actually effective way, by filtering it or boiling/condensing it, or something along those lines.

@wolfwing1 Sounds like someone did a really bad job of explaining how water can exist in 2 states simultaneously at the same temperature - icewater is 0 degrees, a pot of boiling water is 100 degrees. There are weird things you can do with suddenly changing pressure and temperature that can "trick" water into briefly being in all 3 phases at once. But that doesn't mean that it exists like that all the time.
