Since he cannot be prosecuted for his previous crimes, Flynn no longer can hide behind the 5th amendment to keep from testifying. Now he can be compelled to testify and jailed for perjury and obstruction if he doesn't. Pardoning Flynn was super dumb. No surprise - the orange moron is incredibly stupid.

@erwinau3807 Flynn plead guilty. Twice. Accepting a pardon will be his third admission of guilt. He's guilty. Only you cult of imbeciles could ever believe otherwise.

It's amazing how easy you conservative cult imbeciles are to pull con games on. Powell will never file anything. In addition to having no evidence, since she's not part of "the team", she has no standing to bring a suit. Trying could get her disbarred. She knows this. You all are too stupid to know it. She's just soaking you for money.

@nurscathwill No, he's not untouchable. January 21st, his executive branch protection goes away completely, and the House can compel him to testify. Unlike during the impeachment inquiry, there will be no corrupt DOJ to not enforce house subpoenas, and so ignoring one means Flynn is in contempt and goes to jail. Further, with a pardon, Flynn can no longer hide behind the 5th amendment to avoid self-incrimination, so he will have to testify or...again...go to prison for contempt.
