Here's an intellectual challenge for you, flerf: Before they were discovered by NASA, nobody knew the Van Allen belts existed. Totally unknown. Why would NASA, who according to you is charged with faking everything, invent the belts that make their own job impossible? Wouldn't it be a lot easier to just not do that?
