You can form a militia 2. Its necessary for a free State 3. It requires the individual citizens to have arms 4. Shall not be infringed, and that's ensured by (1.) or you (3.) The Musket, was an assault style weapon that was used against the Brits. That was advance for its time and I can also say. The Tank was also our cannon. Just like Technology changes (be it from film to Digital, or Hand surgery to Davinici robots) guns also changed. Is it deadly, oh yes. But also, its change, its what's needed today to keep the balance. I can't fight someone with a musket to someone that has a hand gun. And, if the enemy has an Automatic weapon and I'm not allowed to have it. What do you think I'm going to do?
