  2.  @AK-76er  Thats not an excuse, period! War can happen any time, and any where, so that's why, we should be prepared regardless. When I drive my car, I make sure I have everything. My medical kit, my portable power battery pack to start my car and etc. Otherwise, I don't leave at all.
