  9. It's really counter productive to have unarmed bike patrol in the heart of NP while acting as if that's a deterrent to protect students from criminals. The criminals know unarmed security aren't trained, armed, and can't subdue them! They can only radio in help, and the help is minutes away while they're already on scene. The funny thing is, TUPD and PPD's districts are both stationed a few blocks away in either direction.

I don't blame him though because who feels like dealing with the possibility of a murder charge thrown at them. It's silly! If he had shot them he would be within his right back turned or not due to it being his private property like a home. And, a person can shoot indiscriminately while their back is turned. Even the east side of South Philly isn't that bad. Queen Village, Whitman, Hawthorne, Lower Moyamensing, and Wharton typically isn't that bad, but ship happens from time to time. Mt. Airy/Stenton isn't that bad either. I worked in a lot of these areas, and never felt unsafe as I did working in Fairhill, Kensington, Hartranft, Brickyard of Germantown, and Frankford. They could laugh, but when you work all over the city you get a feel for it. Roxborough and Andorra felt like working out in East Norriton tbh! East Norriton was so peaceful. I could leave my keys in the van without thinking twice, or double looking. 🤣🤣

Remember, I said it's happening more frequent in democratic cities cause there's criminal minds concentrated in those locations. It really depends on the state you're in. For instance, a state like NM the majority criminal is the 18%. In Seattle, it's always the 75% even though there's 13% living there. The 13% there is significantly lesser, but that should still mean Seattle's violent crime should've sky rocketed just because of the 13% presence. But, the 75% is always the violent felon, and crime is indeed lower there.

  406. Just Sayin, I feel you bro, I really do. It would seem as if the police are responding, and solving the murders faster in more white areas than black. But, take into account its not like the murders were solved faster because the victims were white. Many murders have already pushed into the white communities. Violent crimes have became overwhelming ever since the pandemic started. They're backlogged! They simply don't have all the resources, and necessary manpower to keep up when murders, non fatal shootings, carjackers, and robberies are happening combined 20, or 30 times a day (probably more). After defund the police and the pandemic caused this to go bananas. It was the mask mandate that made crime easy, and less arrest for social distancing. Not to mention ghost guns that can't be traced. They honestly need help from other agencies. SEPTA police literally does nothing, they can use their help on patrols. They could use the state PD as well. They're literally stationed in Philly on Monument Rd, and don't do anything but monitor 95/76 and patrol suburbs. They're currently getting the FBI, and ATF's help with the ghost guns. Also, we don't even need witnesses anymore cameras are always watching. South st was solved quicker because the cops were already on scene down the block. The dispute started over two dudes jumping one guy, and shooting him. He then returned fire in self defense killing the other guy. Then, some random dumb teens unrelated to the incident fired into the crowd to be wannabe tough guys. Another sad part is, a lot of these young buls are responsible for multiple random shootings and carjackings.

And, homicides were in the same bracket as the late 60s for 4 years straight. No one was able to achieve that back to back since the 60s. I wouldn't be surprised if he got it down into 100s bracket. They let criminals run the city by 2020.
