  1. It's really counter productive to have unarmed bike patrol in the heart of NP while acting as if that's a deterrent to protect students from criminals. The criminals know unarmed security aren't trained, armed, and can't subdue them! They can only radio in help, and the help is minutes away while they're already on scene. The funny thing is, TUPD and PPD's districts are both stationed a few blocks away in either direction.

  2. I don't blame them, they just wanted easy money. They're put at a higher risk though! I blame Temple for settling for an unarmed security patrol contract. They wanted to be cheap instead of hiring more officers and contracting armed security patrol. This will always be the result.

  3. I hate to break it to you, but many college campuses have been this way for years. I blame the street life, specific rap, bad parenting (sometimes), horrible role models, and idolizing the thug life! These kids will look up to guys who've been to jail faster than Neil degrasse Tyson. 😂

  4.  @devonforsure260  I know how it works. Lol, I used to do bike patrol nearly a decade ago at the Temple's Hospital campus. The students need to talk to their school safety council, and take up the frustration with what their school is paying for. Lol

We don't even know if the hate crime was religion related, age related, ethnic related, nationality related, disability related, or sex orientation related. The victim hasn't told us a thing, so until then, the motive was unknown and unprovoked. You my friend are injudicious just like the OP!

  11. Temple's safety commission most likely don't wanna pay to put more of their own security and police in place of the Allied security. It's cheaper to put unarmed ppl. The contract is to have more unarmed bodies securing their bldgs and streets. TUPD doesn't really do anything, and 22nd PPD district is right around the corner. Lol

I've made one dumba-s-s mistake that I won't disclose on social media. I never got a jail record which is glorified in our communities. Even did a little college! I never had a dad through half my childhood because he was unfortunately framed by hating a-s-s skin folk. However, I did have positive male role models in my life like: uncles, neighbors, etc. These guys want this life! I know how they think. It's corny to be anything positive. You get looked at as someone who's soft, goodie two shoes, or a weirdo for taking a better path. If you not punching the clock and employed to the streets you certified. Then, ya neighbors and hood friends expect handouts from you. They expect you to break the law for them! Lol

All I'm saying is, how are ppl making it a race hate crime? Because they heard Temple? It could be a plethora of reasons why he was attacked. One of them being random! If he was white, was he called a racial slur? Black ppl always jump to conclusions when a white cop kill a violent non compliant black person saying the cop was racist. We don't know the motive! Y'all are acting like these kids are Peyton Gendron and Dillon Roof (actual racist attackers). Now, many white ppl are crying the same tune we've been singing for years, "racism". They didn't wanna believe us; we were just thought to be delusional, whether it was true or not. Yet, here they are, suffering an inferior victim complex.

  16.  @DobBole  I addressed them as "kids" because I assumed they were just teens, which is usually the age group responsible for running a muck in droves like this. Recently, mobs of teens ransacked the Wawa on 12th & Market, and also caused commotion at the Fashion District a week ago. The teenaged group are usually the culprit known for this level of immature behavior. I sure hope actual adults aren't acting up like that? The headline never gave us a direct age range, but we all know they're school age kids. But, hey, call me misguided for addressing them that way. "I'm the problem", a random youtuber. 😂

  17. You are talking about it, so talk about it! Just be careful with how you throw around that generalization. Not too long ago we just saw students displaying a similar behavior! Ah, "superbowl" was the difference, and excuse. I don't see blacks just randomly attacking ppl in droves everyday, but crimes are being committing by black criminals the most everyday nationally mainly vs black victims. Whites, and Hispanics are also committing crimes everyday nationally just because you don't hear it. Remember that! If you follow channels like, code blue, police activity, and state police chase channels you'll see. We shouldn't make it a race issue instead of a criminal issue. Young adults 18-30 commit crimes the most should we generalize every young adult? Race blaming is a distraction to the issue that crime is happening all around us. It doesn't matter which race does it the most there's not a single race that is exempt.

Black ppl didn't have to do anything to be frisked and criminally charged for anything. It was the norm! Decades later seeds were planted to fall into the trap of the criminal lifestyle. Now, here we are in the present, the black youth and black criminals fulfilling more breakneck stereotypes installing fear without anyone's help making it bad for all of us. Because of the lifestyle they glorify it drags us down and distracts everyone into thinking we're all doing it or the greatest threat to society. Black criminals only threaten the black community by far not the rest of the general public. Again, criminals are everywhere I don't care what color they are, or whose doing it the most.
