  4.  @Kingsessing  By wealthy I mean stable income not upper class, or rich. Mt. Airy as well. These areas have lesser crime. Just look at the map.

You maybe right, but I'm just saying the crime levels are significantly lower than, Cobbs Creek, Haddington, Mill Creek, Parkside, every hood in the bottom, Kingsessing, Elmwood, and most NP hoods etc. The worse parts of uptown is Olney, West Oaklane, Ogontz/Belfield, and East Germantown. It's a shame though because when you come from near the heart of NP like me, those areas are seen as upscale areas. They just making it the hood.

  6.  @Kingsessing Well, not the Brick yard of Germantown, or Wister I never looked at that as upscale when I mentioned East Germantown. Lol. I'm younger but I've seen nicely designed housing architecture throughout the city through my former line of work.
