  1. You're speaking in code for a country without blacks? I guess it would be as safe as Russia and Ukraine. They have the highest European murder rates and that's not because of the war. Oh yeah... there's black countries without a high crime rate doing just fine. You should educate yourself because all it takes is one click on Google instead of trying to think "white" means safe. 🙂
