  1. All it takes is respect, that's it! Ppl will double park knowing you've been sitting behind them for some time, and if you honk they'll take longer, argue, or guns are coming out. Then you have the ppl that don't live in your neighborhood taking up 2 and 3 spots. You also have ppl that purposely don't park right for others to equally fit into a spot. The selfishness is at an all time in the city.
