  2. I'm black and some areas are predominately black. The 39th district patrols areas that are more black, some white, and mixed multi race middle class areas. The 22nd mostly black, and multi race due to the Temple U college campus. The 24th, and 25th districts are predominately black/white Hispanics (Puerto Rican-Dominican), some black, very small specs of East Asian around Feltonville, and some whites.

  3.  @smellywaffels1967  They do need to do their jobs harder, and stop expecting witnesses in harsh, dangerous environments to be onboard 100%. Knowing they're not willing, or capable of protecting them to the fullest. However, sometimes you have victims that refuse to cooperate too at a chance for payback, or maybe fear not sure. Moreover, they just need to find ways to do their jobs more effectively because we're living in the digital age where cameras are literally everywhere you blink.

  6. And more whites advocated for BLM and to defund the police not blacks. Now everybody seeing how dumb that was. What they should do is just punish crooked cops for life for publicly G Floyding mfers like their above the law. But when you have a stupid bias boot licking jury cops get off for stuff like that. All they have to do is stick to their guns (no pun intended) and punish unarmed civilian killing cops just like they'd do to a cop killer. I advocate for equal justice across the board, but defunding cops was a dumb idea that even Steven Wonder could foresee.

  8. Man the K troop ain't trying to help the city at all. They rather patrol 95, and sit on 76 doing construction detours at 30th st. They're not tryna risk any of their troops on Philly's streets. Sad! They better bring in the ATF and DEA!

And, homicides were in the same bracket as the late 60s for 4 years straight. No one was able to achieve that back to back since the 60s. I wouldn't be surprised if he got it down into 100s bracket. They let criminals run the city by 2020.
