For example, my workout method is standing on a metal plate doing traditional barbell lifts / static holds for 20 seconds every 2 days using an Isochain. No risk of injury, protects you from hernia, builds up tendons, protects knees and joints, builds muscle, improves cardio beyond other methods and gives you superhuman strength (why Bruce-Lee used the same method). Takes only 30 minutes for a full body workout.

  22. It's never too late. My advice to you would be to live in the now, enjoy every single moment of this life. Ive had people say to me ''It's too late to do that'' or ''you should have done that by now'' But that is just them projecting their own fears on to me. When you become present, none of that matters. I learned this through reading 'Power Of Now' by Ekhart Tolle. Something else to consider is what we are. Many people overly define themselves through what they do...rather than what they are. We are human-beings....not just human-doings.

  32. Another thing that 'incels' do not understand is that the term itself is a complete fallacy. Involuntarily celibate......yet sex is bought and sold worldwide. The phrase is simply a projection from females that cannot find love or commitment....projected onto men that do not use their brain. If a man cannot acquire sex through a relationship, and does not want to purchase it....he's making a choice. Therefore he is voluntarily celibate but that means accepting responsibility, making a choice, and not being a victim.

You can reverse those though collagen supplementation (Code Age is best) but the easiest way is to do so by listening to subliminals that go straight to the subconscious. I even reversed my gray hair with those. Supplementation with vitamin C and organic sulfur will also do the same because it gives the body the raw materials to generate more collagen.

Ive been tempted by married women before, but I also enjoy the challenge of harnessing self control and channeling energy into other areas. There is this really cute, sexy, flexible (she does some form of gymnastics) married woman that always comes in with stupid tight clothing and she asked to meet up as indirectly as she could have done. I just changed the subject but it was very tempting. Even more difficult is she asked me several times in the coming months. I see self control as an enjoyable challenge of self mastery I guess.

When it comes to sex, the difference is that men are more direct, and women are more subtle. Many argue that testosterone makes a man want sex more and studies show this to be the case.....but no studies will ever paint a woman in the opposite way regardless of any evidence!

  49. Yep. I was pursued by a single mom that told me she was single. I wasn't interested....but discovered (as suspected) that she had a bf in another town who was paying for her, buying her cars, food, gifts etc. But she was offering me home cooked meals and 'fun'......no thanks.
