Why not give the ones who are desperate to go home give them free flighs and enough money for forward travel from the airport to their destination and enough money to feed themselves on the way home, that would be a lot cheaper than the £3000 to get them to go to Rwanda. When they get home they will tell others not to come that the streets are not paved with gold, that most of the people who live here are struggling to keep themselves, that the streets are filled with homeless people. That would stop the boats, it would aslos stop people coming to Fance to get boats. Also bring in a large numbers of people to get all the backlist processed, this would also help with the genuin refugees as the could be properly house and get a job and those who to do qualify no appeal just send them straight home Problem solved.
