  1. This is totally wrong, he should not have been allowed to transition while serving a prison sentence and certainly should not have been let out early. I think he will change back to being a man within a short time. You should not be allowed to change your birth certificate in anyway regardless of if you change your sex, by all means it can go on other legal documents but you can not change what you were born
